Police clearance certificate should be issued by passport office and attested by Ministry of External Affairs, Patiala house, New Delhi. The same will be attested by Kuwait Embassy after paying attestation fees along with visa endorsement fees.

The Categories required PCC are as follow:

1.Kuwait Government sector job visa.
2.Private sector job visa for Kuwait.
3.Domestic job visa for Kuwait.
4.Family residence visa for Kuwait.
5.Visa for Education in Kuwait.
6.Visit visa for Kuwait government projects.

All applicant below the age of 18 years are exempted from the above mentioned rule. The date mentioned on the P.C.C (Police Clearance Certificate) must be after the date of the issuance of the visa from Kuwait embassy. The attested Police clearance certificate is required to be submitted to the concerned immigration offices in Kuwait to obtain Residence permit for family

The Categories required PCC are as follow:

  1. To get PCC, write a Letter addressed to Kuwait Embassy, New Delhi, requesting for PCC with a copy of the letter received from the emigrating country Embassy requiring for PCC.
  2. One Set of Photo copy of the passport.
  3. Photo copy of civil ID in Kuwait
  4. Four (4) passport size Photographs.
  5. Original Finger prints (each finger separately, clearly) on the special format provided by the Police Headquarters and attested by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India.
  6. The fee for PCC is Rs.2500/-(Two Thousand Indian Rupees) by cash which will not be refunded whether the PCC is issued or not.
